Country cottage with nice shady terrace and lots of space, no formal garden. The house is situated 3.3 km from the centre of Ericeira and 2.6 km to the beach.
There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, complete bathroom and kitchen. There is no living room in the main house but across the terrace from the kitchen door there is entrance to a conservatory with easy chairs and from this room there is also access to a shower room.
There is a pottery workshop / storage room attached to Miranda 3; the artist occasionally goes there via an independent entrance.
