Splendid situation for this completely renovated village house, close to the river Zêzere, 250 kms north of Lisbon. The house is in a small hamlet, Janeiro de Baixo, 19 kms from Vila de Pampilhosa da Serra with supermarkets and swimmingpools.
In the hamlet there is a small grocer shop with necessities like bread, milk, fruit. There is a beach on the river 200 m from the house; furthermore there is a small campsite close to the village which rents small boats / canoes, bicycles and also has a tennis court.
The house has kitchen, living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and one triple bedroom with balcony over the river. Bathroom, shower room and 3rd wc. There is space across the road for table and chairs for al fresco eating.
