The house is plain on the outside but nicely arranged. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, the third with twin beds. One complete bathroom, small kitchen, dining room. Staircase up to the large roof terrace with splendid panoramic views over the bay. There are small restaurants and shopping in the village.

Praia do Carvoeiro is an old fishermen's village with many small, private houses in the village and its surrounding area. Numerous bars and restaurants. Mini markets for every day requirements, butcher, baker, papers, pharmacy, English and German speaking doctors; it is all in the village. There are tennis and golf courts in the vicinity, riding stables nearby, surfing and boating. You may rent a boat that takes you into the grottos and bays along the picturesque coast.
Parque Carvoeiro is a quiet, small private resort directly above spectacular cliffs and within walking distance (5 min) to the village and to the fine sandy village beach. All apartments open to the sea and offer an unspoilt view over the ocean. A large pool, a further heatable one and children's pool are surrounded by large terraces with ample space for deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The BistroBar at the pool offers breakfast, snacks all day, evening meals and of course drinks and ice cream all day long.
The T1 apartments have living/diningroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony or terrace with seaview, 1 bedroom with twin beds. They are generously laid out and equipped with works of Portuguese craftmanship : hand worked furniture from the north, hand painted tiles, precious hand woven carpets. No pets. Linen is provided and there is daily maidservice. Discount in low season from 01 jan to 15 mar, and from 05 nov to 15 dec. Extra person : 77 to 112 eur per week according to time of the year, baby cot free. Arrival day Saturday or Wednesday. Other days on request.
