The house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms with a 110 cm wide bed in each, bathroom, kitchen, living room and patios with barbecue area.
In the garden there is a large water tank which is kept in order and when filled with water may be used for swimming in the summer. There is a roof terrace with seaview. The train track is about 50 m from the house (in between there are outbuildings); there is one small train once an hour between 06:00 and 22:00 + 1 train from Lisbon in the night around midnight. Pets not allowed.
