Our company is licensed and certified by the Ministiry of Tourism, when reserving through us, you are protected by government prescribed insurances and guarantees.
The law requires all tour operators, travel agencies and villa rentals activities be
a) licenced by the Ministiry of Tourism.
Our licence is no 04700002.
b) The company maintains a bond in order to refund clients in case of bankruptcy
Our bond is guaranteed by Crédit Agricole, one of the biggest banks in Europe .
c) The company is obliged to have a comprehensive Civil Responsibility Insurance.
Ours is guaranteed by Generali Assurance, police AA142830
Our company was founded in 1970 and has been in business continously since then building a reputation for efficient and caring service. We take pride in the high standards of service we constantly endeavour to deliver to our clients and the integrity with which we operate. Many, many clients come back year after year or send their friends and relatives.
The company is financially sound with no borrowings. Our auditors comments for the last financial year were :

2. Ethical Tourism
Renting through us not only makes sure that you will not loose your money and that our standards are recognized, regulated and guaranteed. but you will also be participating in tourism for development.
99% of our properties are owned by local people and you will be helping the local economies greatly rather than giving your money to big multinational companies.
3. Privacy Protection
We do not sell nor make available to the public postal mail addresses, phone numbers, or other information gathered during business transactions with our customers. We never sell e-mail addresses to third parties (for instance to bulk e-mail advertisers).
Financial information is used only to bill the client and is destroyed at regular intervals. Credit card transactions are conducted using Secure Socket Service, which encrypts the transaction. Credit card numbers as well as all personal information are stored offline.
